ONLINE STORE RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
- To initiate a return, please contact a Customer Experience Advisor by Contact Us . Please ensure to include the following information in your return request:
- Description of product being returned
- Returns will issue an email with a Return Form attached. The customer packages the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging and attaches the appropriate Return Form. The customer must use the original shipping carrier to return the goods. You can find the original shipping courier information on the Delivery confirmation email.
- All orders will be refunded onto the original form of payment, or you can select to have your payment returned. Just let us know which you prefer when you contact us.
- If the original form of payment is not available at the time of return, the value of the order will be refunded.
- Online orders are not eligible for exchange, a new order would need to be placed on TOPBESTDELIVERED
- If you receive a shipment from us that was not what you ordered, please send an email to Returns and we will be happy to make it right for you.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
- If your item is damaged or defective when you receive it, please send an email to Returns to request replacement parts or to arrange for a full replacement.
PRODUCTS
- Products purchased online, that are eligible for returns, must be returned within 40 days of the shipment date to receive a full refund onto the original form of payment as directed by you.
- The original product packing slip and receipt must be included with your return.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- All sale items and non-eligible return items (marked non-refundable) are final sale.
- Refunds may take up to 2 days to process, the customer will be notified via email when the credit has been processed to the original form of payment for the appropriate return amount when applicable.
- Items that are not eligible for refunds are: items marked as non-refundable, perishables, sale items.
- Items received that are ineligible for return and items received after the allowable period will not be processed and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
MAILING EXPENSES
- You are respobsible for paying the shipping cost when returning a product to us.
- We cover the shipping cost when sending an exchange to you.
